Here are 7 things about myself:

1. I am a bargain hunter. I LOVE sales. I LOVE coupons. I think it is great to save more than I spend.
2. Growing up I swore I would "get out of this town" one day. And I did... for college. I live in the town I grew up in and raise my kids with kids of parents I grew up with.
3. I tend to just say it like it is. People may find that a bit rude of me ;)
4. I am the oldest of 4 kids (3 girls and a boy).
5. I miss my sisters, one lives out of state and the other has gone home to the Lord. Not a day goes by that I don't wish they were here and near me.
6. I love gadgets.
7. I LOVE teaching kids how to read, nothing gives me equal satisfaction about what I pass on in this world.

Well the thanking Jessica was by far the easiest part!

Hmmm.... 7 things about myself.... I hope at least one is interesting to you!
1. I have no ability to keep plants alive. I, in fact, am an expert at spending lots of money on pretty flowers and veggies and killing flower and vegetable gardens!

2.  I love reading.... almost as much as I love crafting.
3. Coffee is my primary food group.
4. I want to be organized.  I am fabulous at designing organizational systems.  Buying cute things to organize is my forte.  The whole maintaining thing is a bit tough for me.
5.  I am not good at keeping my room clean.
6.  My husband is a firefighter but I am scared to death of fire.
7.  I enjoy various opportunities to volunteer for community events and in other organizations.

My First Blogger Award!

6. I live in the same small town I grew up in even though I swore I never would.

7. I love planning trips and getting incredible bargains.  I think it would be fun to be a travel agent.

8. I am a little too honest at times.
