ABCs and 123 Fantabulous Cricut Challenge- Wedding Gift Sign

One of my friends has had a rough go of it.  She recently fell in love with someone who I truly believe to be her perfect match.  They had a beautiful wedding on the lake including vows to their kids.  This just seemed like the perfect quote.  I stole found the idea on Pinterest where they had this quote on an old window.  I found the frame at a yard sale for $1!!!!  However, when opening it I realized there was no glass in the frame.  I was thinking I would have to go to AC Moore and buy a 12x12 frame but I called my dad (who has an endless pile of things you never know if you will need in his garage) to see if he had some and he told me to go to Lowes.  I didn't even realize I could just go and get glass cut like that.  It was only $3.70!    Thanks for taking the time to look!
Oh, I used Plantin Schoolbook and Songbird font cartridges!

Anniversary Card

This is an anniversary card I mad for a friend.  I took the backing behind the burlap from Accent Essentials.  Then I made a flower from burlap.  The sentiment is from some cheap stamps I got on clearance.  I love them!

Thanks for looking!

Fruit Salad Fantabulous Cricut Challenge

I had trouble photographing this card because of the cut but you get the idea ;)

I used my Hello Kitty cartridge for the strawberry.  I got this card in a pack of cards once upon a time and just haven't used them.  This seemed like a good use!

I used all scraps for my paper of things that were just sitting on my craft table.  I was pretty proud of myself for that.

My kids leave for overnight camp on Sunday so I am going to stick this in my daughter's bag.

Thanks for visiting.  Come visit us at Fantabulous Cricut to join the challenge!

Carnival Birthday Party

For the past few years my sister and I have done one big family party for our kids.  We have found it easier to do 1 party instead of 4.  The kids love it and we have a lot of fun putting it together.

This year we did a carnival party.  She came up a few days early and we locked ourselves in my craftroom and had some fun!

Here was our sign pointing to the way for their gifts.  I downloaded a free font and then chalked in their names.

I had a piece of scrapbook paper with numbers on it so we just circled the kids ages and framed it.  My sister made the super cute cupcake toppers!  I can't remember which cartridge I used for the mini banner.

We have circus peanuts, cotton candy, and animal crackers in the buckets.

In one of my pads of paper we had this piece of paper.  So we put a spinner on it and my sister came up with a simple game that the kids loved!  In each jar there is something fun.  The kiss jar has Hershey Kisses but in the love one, for example, there are activities like "hug the next person you see."  In fun we put some funny things for the kids to do like "high five everyone for five minutes."  The kids really loved this activity and we got a kick out of watching them enjoy something so simple.

Bean bag toss

Photo booth before we moved it to a place where it wouldn't blow around.

You saw this banner in my old post!

Popcorn bar and drinks.  We had some fun toppings on the table like M&Ms, chocolate chips and then all the sprinkle stuff... lots more too.

Ring toss onto IBC bottles
We used glow bracelets for ring toss

These bowls are for the bean bag toss

Each kid had a laundry basket labeled for their gifts.
