Happy 4th of July!

I have a red and white card to show you but NOT a 4th of July card ;)

I think this card looks MUCH cuter in person and I am really disappointed with how the photograph came out but you get the idea.

This sentiment is from K Andrew's Fashionable Friends.  I cut the shoe from Forever Young.  The background is from the Fiskar's plate "snowflakes" and then I inked it in silver.  I used flocking for the first time ever on this card... and... I. LOVE. IT!    Do you want the snowflakes texture plate?

You know what one of the great things about cleaning is?  I found that I DO in fact have an Xyron!  Who would have known LOL.  That was great help to put the flocking on the shoe!

Check out my 300 follower blog candy give away!  I am posting projects all week with these plates so be sure to check them out!

Here is glimpse one into my craft room clean up!  More reveals are coming this week.

It still looks a bit messy but it is more organized in and I can actually open the drawers ;)

  1. Great card! I bet the flocking looks great in person. I love the texture that flocking adds.
