Blog Hop- A New Season A New Skill

 Welcome to our blog hop!

This is your first stop!  Thanks for coming by!

You can link up your own project and also try for some blog candy!!!


The twist to this blog hop is that all projects have to have us try something new!  Either a new project, a new technique, or a new material/supply.  Thank you in advance for all of your comments!  After visiting my blog please visit the first blog on the list.  Each blog will send you on.  I know there is another blog in the hop with some blog candy so make sure to go through all of them ;).  It is not required to "follow" my post or the others to link up or win the blog candy below.  HOWEVER, I encourage you to follow my blog and any other blogs posted here IF you like what you see.  That, to me, is a huge compliment.

These guest designers have spent a lot of time preparing for this.  PLEASE tell them how much you love what they have created for you!!!

    Congrats on your first blog hop! I wish I could link up a project but I don't have a blog. However, I recently tried a totally new craft project, something I have never done before. I altered a picture frame as a gift for my sister's birthday. I watched a lot of youtube videos and decided to give it a try.

    And it came out pretty good. How do I know? Because I asked my daughter and she is BRUTALLY honest. She liked it and believes my sister will like it too. So wish me luck when I give it to my sister in a couple weeks. :)

    Love your idea for this hop. Its always scary to try something new, but such a great feeling when you finally do it, and it turns out. I made my first freezer paper t-shirt this year and my son LOVED it. I was so happy I gave it a try.
    I'm a new follower to your blog and can't wait to see what else you will do. Your diaper cake turned out great.

    OMG, your diaper cake is beautiful!!:-)

    What a fun blog hop. The "new thing" for me was my crocheted flower. I could never get the "hang of it" -- how to do double crochet. I found a YouTube video (which I will be showcasing on my blog, soon) and I went to town learning how to master this technique and. . . .I finally won!! I couldn't believe my eyes when an actual flower grew before my eyes. :-)

    Anyway, sorry for babbling on and on. :-) Thanks for the chance to win your awesome blog candy! :-)
